How many more games do we have to go through before Tilly realises they cannot work well together, they dont communicate well, cant organise. 80 goals in the Championship, 60 last season and already 9 this season (I know they didnt play all those games). Yes the midfield arent covering well but you have to have a strong trio of goalie and 2 centre backs and ours are looking very poor.

I thought this season they were improving on the whole. As i keep metioning i think we should wait to see the goals or hear reports from people that were there before we comment.

Whilst Francis could play in the middle theres no way Clarke could play full back.

As to the partnership thought they have been doing well second half of last season and looked ok up until today.

Id not make massive changes to the defence because of one horror story of a game.

With all the individual personnel changes was always likely we will take time to settle into a unit.

I put a question as i didnt know how well Clarkey plays at full back. Swapping two players positions is hardly a "knee-jerk" reaction!

Why didnt you suggest it before the 5-2 defeat?

Clark and Barrett have been doing far better since January when the team as a whole played better.

We kept a clean sheet against Peterbrough, conceded 1 late goal against Millwall and defended well enough against Brighton until we were 10 men.

Saying we should make such radical changes after one bad game is knee jerk at its finest....

Well thats just silly, how can you see the negatives in something before they have come to light.
In that case, lets not play Betsy next week, have a feeling he will be slightly less effective next week.
Also to be fair, people have being saying Clarke and Barrett don't work together for over a year.

Thought that was what he was signed as. If you're going to move anyone to FB surely it has to be Barrett, wasn't there so don't know but from my interpretation Franno looked a bit suspect today.
