Butter some foil. Place cod steak on foil. In a bowl mix 2 tablespoons mayonnaise,, grated cheddar, teaspoon Dijon mustard. Top the fish with this, add a layer of sliced button mushrooms and top with more cheese. 30 minutes in oven gas 3.

Yum!
 
I wont be trying this. I dont like fish

About 4/6d. Crikey I have no idea! I cook with gas - this new-fangled electrickery is a bit confusing for me!
 
1: Cut open a white crusty roll.

2: Spread liberally with tomato ketchup.

3: Add four freshly fried Captain Bidseye cod fillet fish fingers.
