Every time Colchester get the ball, their players are buzzing around making runs and wanting the ball.

Every time we get the ball, nobody is making a run or showing for the ball, which is why it goes backwards 9 times out of 10.

I'm sorry but regardless of personnel, your manager should be ensuring this is not happening - especially after so many games where the EXACT same has happened every week... Even with another 6 signings, Molesley would fail at the basics - he's just not good enough and he needs the boot sooner rather than later!

Agreed but it's how they're playing that is just not adequate

Where is the pride though? Professional pride, pride for this football club. This bunch of players, some of which won’t get many chances to impress should be busting a bollock to impress tonight and show that they have what it takes. Instead we’ve been absolutely embarrassed by what is a Colchester second string and yet again gone down without a fight. It’s absolutely disgusting. Youth players or not, if they can’t do the basics and put a bit of effort in which you have to say after tonight’s evidence it seems that they can’t, they shouldn’t be playing football at this level.
