That the Brown effect. He hasn’t come in and tried to lift the team, he’s come along and picked random players in weird positions and his most experience players who know him wel have put in an absolutely disgraceful performance
After tonight Ron should sack Brown, sack Oxley, JD and White. And play the youngsters under Duncan and Fagan for the rest of the season

For 40 games of c**p it was oh you can’t blame poor MM - yes he’s signed 16 players but none of its his fault that they’re all useless and not a single forward. PB comes in to try and do something with the same team- oh sack him...unbelievable.
Who precisely out of this wonderful squad he inherited would have made all the difference- which underestimated gem and match winner has been left out and ignored?
Give the job to PB and a decent budget and start building for next year now- let’s not leave till August to get another unknown in on the basis they give a great presentation

Just end the game now. it's painful! The whole teams been crxp. Saw JDs tackle as a frustration yellow not a red. The ref should know that. Certainly wasn't off the ground or uncontrolled.
As I said in a different thread - any number of managers can come to southend but without strikers none can do anything about it no matter what style we play.
