So the photo fit was very similar, the profile was very similar and he was walking his dog in the same park where the body was found.

You can see why the Police would have suspected him

I'm pretty much sure that once Nappers A-Z was found by police with pinpointed dots of places he has and was going to attack would of been enough to seriously have him watched , i mean the police had near on 30 officers staking Stagg out when he met the blonde WPC .

That one A-Z was IMO more evidence than someone who when asked by the WPC numerous times i want to be with the man who killed R N that he stated well i'm sorry but that person is not me . Not to mention Nappers previous , his mums confession , his pals saying he matches the E fit plus the fact he was a schzifrenic.
