Plymouth is a big club for League 2, I'm sure they could attract players & Coughlan is well respected within the game, plus he could have help from Neil Warnock who lives there & said on Talksport he would love to help but not be the manager
Everything you say there is probably true. But my post was about the comparison between Sheringham and Cocko and whether Teddy could attract players through his name.
