As Smiffy basically said, that money will probably go to paying off other things, tied us over a Month or so until Gate receipts appear. Some may be used to pay the outstanding debt to HMRC, and stop the court case.
So I can't see much being used for transfer fee's.
I see the Cresswell money as survival money, and not spending money.

Not certain about Tomlin, but Cresswell was a free transfer, Rovrum wanted him off the wage bill.

Forgot about that. Think someone posted on here that the agreed deal with Lee was a free transfer with a sell-on clause, so Rotherham might have done the same deal with us for Cresswell.
