Take a bow for the above mentioned charactor who we all know so well, he has just come off the TV programme "britains biggest loser" and has lost over 5 stone and is still in with a chance of winning as he is going back to the house on Tuesday to undetake a challenge which may get him voted back in.

I am so proud of you Andy and i hope this is the start of something new for you and a new healthy life, it is like you have just come out of a lifesaving operation for us.

yep its all true, missed the end of the finest season this club has ever had, but hopefully I will have added another 20 years on to my life. I went from 26'5 down to 21'7 in 8 weeks with another 4 months of the compotition to go.

Congratulations mate.
As a fat ******* from way back i would be interested to see your diet plan etc. I realise will power and wanting to lose weight are probably the major factors, but i would not object if i shed 3-4 stone.

Haha thats brilliant - league 2 footballers haircuts everywhere (bloody parrot heads).
