I tried a circular saw but the blade was a bit fierce and broke it up. A Jigsaw with a metal cutting blade makes the stuff so hot it goes to a gungy mess.
Can you get circular saw blades specifically for this job?

Any ideas?

I cut some a few months ago.....used a really sharp Stanley knife with about 6 to 7 cuts, then clamped the perspex between 2 sheets of wood leaving the scored area just hanging over by a mil and then simply snapped it. Worked perfect for me.

Just take your time and prep first mate

ive got some 2.2m lengths that might need about 5 - 10mm off them so it may be tricky.
