I cut some a few months ago.....used a really sharp Stanley knife with about 6 to 7 cuts, then clamped the perspex between 2 sheets of wood leaving the scored area just hanging over by a mil and then simply snapped it. Worked perfect for me.

That method does work if you use about 3 to 4 mole Grips along the length and then get someone to help you.
