Today I will be at Charlton to hopefully see them inflict some pain on your boys, for once in my life it'll be "COYRs"!

Just for one day  It was good to see Dorian Dervite playing for Charlton, Corty was on the bench and obviously Chrissy Powell is the manager, so quite a strong Southend connection. Shocking ref though, no better quality than we get in L2 and made as many mistakes as we get. Conned time and time again by Craig Mackail-Smith.

I know. It's almost as if they're all human beings and therefore fallible isn't it? I bet none of the players misplaced a pass though.

Much better quality when they boot it in the air though. 'av it!

Christ i nearly missed this thread. Thanks for thinking of me nan, i'm quite touched by it. As you know we were unlucky not to beat Charlton and what was it like to see a proper huge vocal away following ?
Have a great Christmas and new year everyone from the best supported club in the football league.

To be fair, Spartan, I'd agree that the Brighton support were very vocal but I did laugh seeing some of the Charlton coaches outside the ground, some of which had come up from Brighton and the surrounding area!
