Even if the decision is made tomorrow, it would still take some time for the appropriate segregation requirements to be implemented and the subsequent certification from the FLA, police and council authorities to be issued. It's not that simple. You forget that the club also has to supply seperate access and exit points, separate toilet points, separate catering points, separate ticketing points.
