Excellent job - how about putting a sticky up on the front page welcoming new fans and talking them through the (simple) sign up process ? No-one new seems to have joined yet but they could be lurking as guests.

"Put a sticky up on the front page" ? For us non-techies that reminds me of some books I had when I was younger , except it was middle pages that appeared sticky !
