Angband Town v ShrimperZone CC

08/02/2011 at Angband Town
Angband Town 361-5
ShrimperZone CC 110-10 & 186-10

01/02/2011 at ShrimperZone CC
ShrimperZone CC 175-10 & 212-10
Angband Town 337-10 & 51-1

Threw both games last season whilst concentrating on OD which nearly cost me my place in the Championship. Should be a bit closer this time, vital toss to win.

First Class - Week One

III.3 General Stars v Durrington Albion

For whatever reason, the oppo have sold nearly all their players in the past week and that leaves them with just 4 players above 30k BT rating so hopefully can get this won quickly, especially with bowling friendly conditions due this week in Essex. Be interesting to see how much money i get and as im currently in debt by a million and need to be out of it by Saturday, every penny counts!

Southend v Gatley (6261486)

Welcome to The Garrison for the match between Southend and Gatley.

We can tell you that Southend won the toss and elected to field. The pitch is looking quite cracked! A field day for the seam bowlers I would reckon on this partially cloudy and humid day.

Let’s join our team for ball-by-ball commentary.

End of Over 3 (4 runs). Gatley: 7-1, runrate=2.33
Overs left today: 107
Raipur 2-1-4-0
Swartz* 2 (2 balls)
Sayce 5 (7 balls)
Last Wicket: Bissell c. Rennie b. Blaney 0 (FOW: 1/1)

Won the important toss, and Blaney picks up an early wicket, albeit their weakest batsman of the top 6. Got £491k in gate receipts too.

Lost the toss but Angband chose to bat. PC&W today and sunny next two days so happy with that. Cracked top so hoping Diggers and HHH can do job as it's the three spinners with them. Should probably have played Gustav but wanted the extra batting.

We can tell you that Angband Town won the toss and elected to bat. The pitch is looking quite cracked! A field day for the seam bowlers I would reckon on this partially cloudy and windy day.

End of Over 4 (1 run). Angband Town: 6-0, runrate=1.50

Helmsley 2-1-1-0

Jadenshire v BATTY SHRIMPERS

BOT bashing again today, so the trainees get another chance to boost their XP. Handy being away as it gives us a chance to increase our members confidence before we play our 1st home games next week.

We can tell you that Jadenshire won the toss and elected to bat. The pitch is looking a touch on the green side. All the seam bowlers have been out there rubbing their hands on this partially cloudy and humid day.

End of Over 5 (1 run, 1lb). Jadenshire: 15-1, runrate=3.00
Overs left today: 105
Gautham 3-0-4-0

DIBS DIPPERS v Pudlington CC

Mrs BB rests Arnold, after his efforts in Sunday's Cup Game, she should still have a bit too much for them though.

Lost the toss but weather shouldn't be too much of a factor. I'm 79-2 hoping to see off their opening high rated spinner who must be close to finishing his spell. Not expecting max batting points but who knows. 200k receipts is disappointing but better than I was getting at the base of 1 level higher. Hastings bid currently up to 3.6 with a day to go

Nearly done on the bowling front.
