FC - Match 7

Me 5th at home to top. I don't hold out too much hope so it is all about bonus points and keeping in touch with 4th. I'm 15 points behind but have both 4th and 6th to play.

On my dusty I've gone for 5 bowlers including 2 all rounders. Toss isn't going to make much difference but have elected to bowl if it changes for day 3. I haven't won a game in any form including friendlies for 4 weeks though I should rectify that on Friday

4th (us) against 5th, we lead them by 23 points, so a win will virtually assure us of staying up. Whole squad at Sublime with the exception of Job (Energetic), and we have a BOT on Friday, so full-strength side out. Should win with something to spare.

Top of the table Mrs BB, takes on the side in 4th today. She's already 39 points clear of 2nd, and with a BOT to play next week, can effectively seal the division with a win this week. She's got a fully fit squad, so they all play.

ShrimperZone CC v Dobcross

Easy game against a not quite but pretty much Bot. They still have 5 decent players so can still bowl teams out but we will plunder runs against the weaker players. Will look to play the three days so we can continue saving for our new bowler. Hoping recent results will push the gate receipts back up again after my OD receipts halved a couple of weeks back.

Dobcross are still No. 2 in England so I'm fairly hoping of jumping to No. 3 next season.
