I would like to thank everyone for their donations last Friday evening , we raised £748.62 which includes the money from the TravelZone Grand National sweep and bits Ive collected from Peter Godward Coach customers.

We must have also had about 5 litres on rain water in the buckets as well !

The cadets done a wonderful job so thank you to them and also to those as well as the other shrimpers who braved such awlful weather.

Good luck to our walkers who set off from Roots Hall at 8am on Wednesday morning.

Many thanks

Frances

Hope the weather improves for our walkers on wednesday, such a good cause all the best and look forward to seeing you bring the ball on the pitch saturday:Worthy:

Great effort by all on Friday, impressive sum raised in awful conditions, well done and thanks.

The two Chelsea Pensioner Guests of Honour said how much they enjoyed their evening and I suspect some of the cadets (one of whom experiencing their first live game) will be back.

Best wishes to Bob and all the other walkers and as Steve said looking forward to seeing you at Oxford.

Iwould like to wish all you walkers the very best of luck .And I hope the weather improves for you .

Good luck to my dad and all the other walkers going to be a hard few days but it's for such a great cause.

Lets give them all a fantasitic applause on Saturday at Oxford

Good Luck to Bob (dad), Wino, Del, Paul, Sam, Gareth, Joe, Neil, Trevor and of course Simon

I felt really bad that I couldn't give any money but I literally didn't have a penny on me. Sorry

It takes guts to actually put that in print Matty as no one would know, but if you do find any cash stuffed down the back of the sofa contact (Vodka Blue) Fran. She will be collecting up until the end of the Oxford game.
