from the official cambridge website

Just had a quick browse on the cam u rivals messageboard and they reckon he's good on the ball and a solid passer, but likes a drink and has a suspect temperament. Admittedly, this was only the view of about three people tho, who may or may not be happy about his leaving and/or their general league predicament, although they did say that he could be quality if Tilson's able to get the best out of him.

Does anyone know why the 300k deal to Charlton (wans't it?) didn't go through? I'm sure Tilly must've done his homework.

Quote[/b] (Alex @ Mar. 17 2005,23:38)]everyones forgetting the fact that we have the transfer window next season so we need a bigger squad. look at the position were in now with injurys we have and suspensions. if this was next season then blewitt, mccormack and guttridge(?) would not be allowed to sign and we would have trouble naming a squad of 16. bringing in guttridge as well as re signing smith is neccessary for next season
Excellent point well made.

There are hundreds of reasons why a move can break down.

I'm more concerned about his reaction to the move not going ahead.
