Only Myrcella is dead, Jon aside (who is likely going to be revived) we didn't see the bodies of the other characters, and on TV if you don't see them actually die then they aren't dead.

Kit Harrington has said he is definitely dead (or more his character Jon Snow) but of course this could be a red herring. You tend to think Stannis and Myrcella will still be alive as you didnt actually see them expire. But Myrcella dyign would make sense in firing up Jamie and Cercei's hatred for Dorne even more.
