Hadleigh MTB track.

It's lethal! You have to be a really dedicated mountain biker to want to risk yourself! Seen kids use the unrocky bits for endurance races.

I am not the most skilled mountain biker but I a can handle most of it. There are wimp out routes around anything nasty.

The course is absolutely fantastic and we are lucky to have it on our doorstep.

In my case it's just a quick 10 minute burn through shipwrights wood so I'd be a fool not to use it.

Fair enough, I know what I've seen down there and on various tv reports about it that there are some very naughty bits, if you can bypass them, then that's good.

I would have thought Mad Cyril would be very happy with some very naughty bits.

Be aware that the car park charges now apply, £1.50 an hour!
And the cafe there does not do proper milk with tea/coffee- just UHT cartons.
Other than those small moans it is a smashing set up over there.
