Ticket News Hampton & Richmond (home) - FA Trophy - Saturday 9 December 3pm

Ticket sales look really poor.
We probably didn't even need to open the South Upper for this one.
Here's the latest sales map from the SUFC Website. Green indicates plenty of seats still available. And if anyone is really bored, here's the site page link if you want to count them up!

Can’t be arsed to count, but a guesstimate is 700 tops so far. Plus a few hundred in corporate. So maybe just over the 1,000 mark.

I have a ticket Block C Row G Seat 64, Entrance Turnstiles 8-12, but can't go. It is a Senior (60+) ticket if it is checked. If anyone wants it let me know and I will email it to them. - no cost

Hopefully with today's positive news (?). it will add a 100 or so to the attendance!. Anyone know how many fans Hampton & Richmond expect to bring?.

As a STH in the West, I find the East stand such a pita that I dont go to games if the West stand is not open.

I suspect there are quite a few others who feel the same way which means that the club is missing out on ticket and refreshment sales in these matches.

I wonder if it stacks up financially to keep the West closed?

I am exactly the same I don't go if the West isn't open

I hate going over to the east for games.

The only bonus is the groundsmans bar which is farely decent and the view is better but always feels like god's waiting room and no atmosphere.

I'll be there but would much rather the west was open..

I am a West Stand STH and I too dislike the East Stand and while I still usually go I would much prefer the West to be open.

That being said, I have decided that (as I don't fancy the East), this Saturday will be better spent at home with the granddaughters putting up the Christmas decorations.

I'll have the radio on, though.

Personally I would sit anywhere to watch and support the Blues. This is far more important than which stand I am seated.

Just to remind supporters if you’re meeting friends in the east stand bar they only allow about 80 people in then it’s one in one out , last couple of games there’s quite a queue waiting to go in for a pint 🍺

Very true Tony.
And looking in and waiting it seemed that lots of those 80, in there, were not having a drink but socialising and watching tele, with the actual bar staff waiting to serve .

I'm going as otherwise would be sitting indoors making paper chains ( tight git! ) with the 'other half'!.

Totally agree, im staggered that people won’t come and support the team fir the odd game or two due to the west stand isn’t opened. Least the view is decent from the east with less tv gantry’s in the way 😂
