In KFC this week noticed they cant warm baby bottles due to Health and Safety reasons.

Thank god they dont have to work with anything hot like ovens or fryers then.

not quite, that will be so that mothers can't sue KFC if they heat it to the wrong temperature and baby gets scalded, protecting the company (well reducing its insurance premium) not its staff.

Cant believe hoof sided with them!

Surely she can't sue- Acts of God aren't covered, and this was a definite case of bovine intervention....

Silly bint, what did she expect walking through a field of cows with calves, with a Jack Russell which was probably off the lead? A pat on the back?

It's the bit about her leaving the public footpath that amused me. Do something you shoudn't, get hurt and sue for it. Makes me loose my well known faith in humanity!

After a busy morning out visiting tenants with high rent arrears, I wonder what happened to people taking responsibility for their own actions......

:soapbox:

Ah, but that's the whole issue with the nanny state though isn't it? You get punished for taking responsibility for your own these days, while the guilty get rewarded - that's a whole other argument for another day!
