Back in the day when there was a decent amount of stock to choose from.
I contacted them last Thursday and they said my replacement ticket would be sent out on Tuesday (yesterday), I asked that it be sent first class, in time for Saturday, but so far no sign of it despite receiving other post. Absolutely no word of apology for any inconvenience.
