First time using iFollow today, no problems at all. Watched first 15 mins on mobile then changed to laptop connected to TV with HDMI cable. Both times through the club website. Absolutely perfect.

I've received 2 refunds without requesting any. One match I had to switch from laptop to mobile after about 60 minutes, the other match I had no issues.

Ive never had a problem with it either tbh. Very strange that some do and some dont. Its just a video stream nothing too beefy.

I've just finished a lengthy battle with iFollow. Asked for a refund after missing the entire Bolton game and was initially fobbed off with "no refunds policy" reply. Luckily I always use PayPal to buy games and I opened a dispute via PayPal and finally received my refund following their intervention.
