@Silver @Chrisb i would email them direct in that case. I know that the one-man membership department has been flat out over the last week so there may have been some small oversights somewhere along the line.

I'm giving this a bump.

It's so important for Southend fans to take this survey. It is open to all supporters, not just Shrimpers Trust members.

Have your say and make your voice heard for if/when efforts to bring about supporter involvement in the club's/Roots Hall's ownership structure are successful.

We have almost 900 responses so far but, in order to get the broadest and most robust dataset to drive our work on the above and to really state the case for what we're asking for, we need plenty more responses.

We could also do with more responses from the young adult demographic of our fanbase. The average age of non-Trust member respondents feels high to me. Please share with any younger adult supporters in your family or friendship circle, especially in the 18-35 age bracket, and urge them to participate in the survey. Even if they don't become a Shrimpers Trust member, we could really do with their responses and a dataset from across a broad cross-section of age groups.
