Israel regrets...

And when have Al Qaeda expressed their regret about strapping bombs on their backs? Hijacking planes? Etc.

When have Pakistan expressed regret about their terrorrists shooting innocents in Mumbai?

Sorry? I was under the impression that this article was about Israeli soldiers killing an unarmed man-asleep in his bed- who they thought (erronously)was a member of Hamas.

Of course those nice Palestinian homicide bombers never killed an innocent.

Im pretty sure the point of the article inst a direct comparison of the means justifying the ends, and can a democracy accidently kill people and say hey you know what at least we have the morale high ground and well it was just an accident !

The IDF have itchy trigger fingers, but can you really blame them? As Harry Callahan once said, 'I'm all busted up about that man's rights'.

The point is that the unarmed civilian that the Israel troops killed was NOT a member of Hamas.

Agreed, but two wrongs don't make a right, Hamas with their homicide bombers kill more innocents than Israeli troops. Hamas also by hiding and firing their rockets from Gaza into Israel are also responsible for the deaths of many more innocent Palestinians than the Israelis IMO.

We haven't heard about any rockets being fired into Israel from Gaza for quite some time now(mainly because there haven't been any).
Israel's latest atrocity was aired on news channels all around the world yesterday.

I'll tell you something about hamas. It's bloody nice on crackers.

Isn't it odd that a people that won't eat the piggy, name themselves (almost) after one of it's very tasty products. No wonder they're so angry.

While the killing of any innocent person is to be regretted, and I'm not condoning this incident, but it's hardly an atrocity committed by the state of Israel.
