Was at the Alloa vs. Rangers game on the weekend with hospitality. Speaking to the Alloa board who are convinced they have a great prospect on their hands. Must admit, he didn't shine but how can you if the ball is always pumped up in the air with no support!

I always get him and Ellis Brown confused, he was the lad from Billericay, wasn't he? Felt he was one we should have given more of a try to, definitely seemed to have a spark of something there.

Starts today for Alloa at hibs live on sky. Just goes to show how really really dreadful that league is. Chris dagnall up front for hibs too :hilarious:

Always preferred his brother Arnold ....

I wouldn't say she was wrong, we cannot prove that he wouldn't have been a success here.

Signed for Stirling Albion last weekend on loan with a view to a permanent move

In hindsight was surely best off staying with Billericay. Scottish League 2 is probably on par with the Olympian League.

He has just re-signed with Billericay. Had a few chances with Alloa in his time up here but never really looked like he was going to make it. With Alloa in the second tier for a spell and Rangers and Hibs passing through he did come off the bench at Ibrox and got a start at Easter Road, so some good experiences for him. I hope he gets a regular game at his new club and scores a few goals.

and just think mrsablue was crying out for him to start for us :hilarious::hilarious::hilarious::hilarious::hilarious::hilarious::hilarious::hilarious::hilarious::hilarious::hilarious:

To be fair, I felt he should have been given more opportunity too.

Billericay are throwing money around like it grows on trees. 10k a week being pumped in with the ambition to be self sufficient and in the conference within five years, never gonna happen. Financial difficulties lie ahead and the club will go under. Chairman is delusional. Apparently paying Billy Bricknell 1k a week, in the Ryman Prem. Madness.

I work with a guy who played for Billericay last season. He's currently without a club but just got an offer from FC United of Manchester, and Salford City are interested too.
He said that Billericay had just got a new owner/investor, who has millions apparently, hence the expenditure.
Issac has gone there at the right time really.
