and bradley johnson who we could of had from northampton for 100k a few years ago but would only offer 60k for him.
 
What I noticed from the Leeds Vs Arsenal game were 3 players we had, Paynter, S Watt AND Lloyd Sam.Shows me that while none of these had any success or longevity at SUFC, they have all gone on to bigger and better things...Point being that Tilson was probably the best spotter of talent we have ever had managing us
 
no he wasnt because lloyd sam and sanchez watt were on loan. ok he did well with paynter but he didnt even realise his potential when he was here.

Although, especially in the striker department, he was unable to exploit that talent when they played for us.................the list of failures is pretty long...whether it was due to our style of play, or for whatever reason.
