just read the thurrock gazette which carries the headline "teen terror" is seems the old bill have been very lax in their approach to dealing with robberies.
1 kid was mugged and threatened to be stabbed,his mum phoned the police and they eventually visited them 3 days later!!
perhaps they should try this novel concept ,act whilst the offenders are still in the vicinity.
i expect they were busy nicking motorists.
