if we assume that Fergie retires in a few years, and Coppell and Moyes move to bigger and better things... then Tilly could be in the top 5 when we move to FF!
 
Tilly really comes in at 6th in that list.

Although appointed when they were in the league Hereford spent 9 seasons in the Conference under Turner & when Coleman started at Accrington they were in Unibond Div 1. Whilst it's creditable that they've both been in post for so long, neither of them are longer serving "league" managers than Tilly. I don't accept that the pressure on a Unibond manager can remotely compare to a "proper" league manager.
 
That really is is fantastic, also bear in mind that Copell and Ling only just edge him by a month and 2 months respectively. So basically 6th
 
Besides, Turner is Hereford's Chairman, so he's unlikely to be giving himself one of those dreaded "votes of confidence" any time soon...!
