Surely, it's a case of horses for courses. If we have an aerial advanatage in the box then aim for that area and make sure your attacker has time to get in place. For this tactic, pick any team Barrett scored against, near enough. Northampton seems a decent example.

When you have a team well drilled at defending set pieces or very tall (think Lincoln), you need more pace to try and catch out a poor piece of defensive positioning or perhaps induce panic.
