Mark Molesley

Never let loose on another football club though…….
Aha - it appears that The Imps (and others) had "the pleasure": -

"Bate moved on to join Lincoln City as assistant manager to Colin Murphy, helping the club regain its Football League status at the end of the 1987–88 season. He moved on to rejoin Wilkinson at Leeds United acting as a coach between 1988 and 1992. He moved to Malaysia as Technical Director, a role he held from 1992 to 1995, before joining the coaching staff of Hereford United."

How this man gets paid to be in football is a joke. No other manager would’ve relegated us that season. Never seen something so bad.

The depth you mention was only the state of our finances.
Obviously Weymouth again would love to have him in charge but so would a lot of clubs. He’s young enough to be able to look forward to being successful at a much higher level.
Yep, clubs are going be fighting over someone with that quality of cv. Sacked by Southend, sacked by Aldershot…………

Just got to hope that his next appointment will not be at a financially crippled club.
I haven’t been able to follow his stay at Aldershot closely, but he was exceptionally good at Weymouth and ,all things considered, for us too.

He's probably a very good youth team coach and is the sort of geezer that'll always find a job in football.

Unfortunately he hasn't got what it takes to be a number one so should stick to the level ne did well at.

Harry Redknapp will be pimping him out somewhere as we speak.

Not sure how financially crippled Belfairs Park Rangers 7th XI are, but I could make enquiries for him.

Exceptionally good for us? 🤔
