Matchday-Vlog MatchDay VLOG Vs Oldham

Evening All,

Hope to find you all happy & well!! What a bonkers match! Colin pulling off un thinkable saves to a ref who can't spot a foul from less than 3ft away to Noor's belter! Amazing day with 480+ Shrimpers alongside, thank you to all who made an appearance today & as always people please..

Sit Back, Relax & Enjoy 💙
See you all Tuesday, PEACE!

Well done Pip. You’ve included so many fellow BoT members , capped off with Smithy’s goal celebrations!

Players wouldn’t need to sell the foul, if the refs and their assistants did their jobs.

Week in, week out you’ll see Cardwell/Crowther/Kensdale/GSM etc go up for a corner only to have their shirts almost ripped off their body. And yet whilst this is visible to thousands in the stadium, a team of match officials, literally yards away, fail to see it. Always.
I agree to a point.
The refs do see it of course, but in their minds it's become six-of-one-and-half-dozen-of-another.
I think skin tight shirts used in rugby would be one thing, BUT a new approach to the law intolerant of ANY shirt hold would be better.
In the same way new respect initiatives demanded by officials has cut out the big in-your-face protest; refs would tell team: 'once the ball is in play, he who FIRST grabs a shirt will incur a foul.'
Goodbye shirt tugs...

All that is true. But it is only fair to say that one of the repeat offenders is our own Demi.
