Question Missed call from ticket office

Just had a missed call from the ticket office (0844 477 077). Rang back but said it was closed. Has anyone else received a call? And if so was it just season ticket related (like an automated message??B

I answered the 01702 number. It was the promised ring-back to renew my S/T following the online renewal debacle. Which I did, without problem.
