****ing hell..!! at internet wierdos alert!! Go out and get a life rather than make one up.. The internet is for loafing at work

The pathetic thing about this social networking is how gullible the vast majority of those who use it really are, wetting their pants because someone who is pretending to be Freddy Eastwood, Paul Weller, even Prince William have become their "friends"! Someone here in Javea was orgasmic when "Sting" apparently linked to him ...

thats fair enough but some of the southend players do have their own myspaces! (hooper definitely)

One of our waitresses was bemoaning the fact that she *only* had 30 friends on her MySpace page. The rest of us were as sympathetic as we could be, informing her that if she got out more, she might have some real friends, not some geeks and losers on the Internet ...

;)

So are you saying that Marky Gower, Richard Cadette and Einstein on here are not the real deal?

I'd agree with you 100% there Mike. However, there's nothing wrong with these sites as a way of catching up with old pals, sharing photos, organising meet ups etc etc.

the irony! :p
The irony of what? I go out during the day and have real friends, not a bunch of losers on a MySpace page who get over-excited that someone has "added" them to another MySpace page! I've just finished work, browsing a few pages during a short siesta before heading out again this evening to earn some more beer tokens - in the company of real people.
