New football show on BBC

Last night saw the launch of the Late Kick Off show on BBC South East, features all the local clubs in the league and more of an insight than the usual Prem teams gumph. BBC for the London area has 13 teams that covers the whole of London, Brighton, Gillingham, Daggers, Wycombe and Watford. It lasts half an hour and is another attempt of reaching out to the lower league supporters and give their team an airing.

For us? we are placed in the BBC East version ( link below ) with 6 other clubs including Narwich, Ipswich, Northampton, Col Ewe, MK Franchise and Peterborough.
Funny thing is I believed we were closer to London than our lot, then again it means we get 50% more air time. Southend 14 mins in.

I was looking forward to seeing this, i sat through about 5 mins and thought hang on this aint right! even though im in Southend i seem to have the London programme lol was very disapointed! dont get why i have a different bbc to others locally

You've probably got your aerial pointing the wrong way. This area is unique (apart from if you live in the sticks or in a dip) because most households can pick up 3 different BBC local services, depending on which direction their aerial is pointing. Point it west or southwest and you can pick up BBC London from the Crystal Palace transmitter; point it south and you should be able to pick up BBC South East from the Bluebell Hill transmitter; point it north/northeast/east and you should pick up the BBC Look East signal from thr Sudbury transmitter.

Of course if you have Sky, you can watch any BBC local news service in the country!

Ive got Virgin the only other bbc channel i can see is AD BBC one but at the time did not check if that was a different regional channel.
