Have a guess....
Lampys Lightning v BATTY SHRIMPERS

We're 4th and take on the side in 6th today. A win will take us 8 points clear of them. Couldn't agree a mutual TIE, so we've had to GFI, which is going to cause some problems for next weeks FC game. Full-strength side out.

We can tell you that Lampys Lightning won the toss and elected to field. The pitch is looking quite cracked! A field day for the seam bowlers I would reckon on this sunny day.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

wakatipu v DIBS DIPPERS

Mrs BB leads her division by 6 points and takes on the side in 2nd, so a win today would pretty much guarantee her the title.

She's got everyone at Sublime, so it's a GFI for her.

We can tell you that wakatipu won the toss and elected to field. The pitch is looking like a road. As flat as a pancake. No help for the bowlers on this partially cloudy day.

Game thrown due to lack of players (though this has recently been addressed) and fitness. Could be messy:

End of Over 2: 28-0, runrate=14.00
Draper 1-0-11-0
Dance* 14 (8 balls)
Stubbs 14 (4 balls)

Fairly solid start, although Polly failed again. Be glad to get rid of him at the moment.
