Im scared we mess up like that tomorrow as we like to play our from the back

It won’t help us. All we score these days are worldies from 30+ yards, overhead bicycle kicks and on one or more occasion, our keeper has been known to dribble past the entire opposition before slotting into the bottom corner.

Oh for the days of robbing the defenders and tapping into an empty net. Hate this league.

This is a real upset, York have been going great guns, 96 points and then capitulate at home like this! I definitely think them having to wait so long to play their game is not a good thing. IF we can win our game tomorrow I'd fancy our chances against Oldham and the impossible dream becomes possible

I don’t think we should take it as a given FGR will be caught cold too. Steve Cotterill is an experienced manager and he’ll have them prepped as best as he can.

We might have a slight edge on match sharpness but the flip side of that is we might have a few in the squad with knocks from last week. Whereas they’ll be fresh.

So who knows what will happen.

Maybe the 16 day lay off hasn’t done them any favours

I mentioned this on the Post Match Thread. I said that tonight's game would be a good to see how Oldhams momentum from last week's game would go into tonight's game. Quick goals last week and tonight also.

I think my curiosity has been answered. 🤔
