If I pull rubbish, I'll be getting stamina up for everyone this season, as likewise I can't spend! Now with the wages, I cannot afford at all to go below £2m in the bank.

I've run out of trainees so much so that Granville and Davenport are both getting trained to exquisite despite being 24.

Marriott and Plummer are 22 and 21 respectively so another level of batting won't take more than a season and also as they're only quality and remarkable it won't be too harsh on wages. Would still rather lump three nets on a high respectable though!

It would take ages (12-13 weeks) to get it up at least one level, and then the wages are going to really spiral.

Guess so, just not sure that remarkable is enough at the higher levels. It's one of those unknown factors I guess. I can't really talk as Lamey is only superb!

I'll be having the same problem with wagesas if I want to get him to exceptional WK as planned, he's going to be Elite+ by the time he gets there. Looks like I'll have to stop him at 22 when he'll be Exceptional WK, Sensational Batting and Elite++ Concentration. Be about £80k wages I reckon, ouch.

Thay is only superb and does ok for me. I want to replace him this season though, as I get a feeling the importance of WKs will be increased soon.
