Me and the missus are currently looking at getting some new PVC doors for our humble abode. Can anyone recommend any good local companies or tradesmen in the southend/hockley/rayleigh area?

Used 'Window Fix' just up from Leigh Timber on the London Road a few years back when the back door needed replacing. Basic door and glass came to about £400 fitted - not sure it's top quality mind but it does the job.

For a front door I might be a little more selective. Good luck

I guess so long as it's safe you've been sensible. If it's not, then you may need to beef up other security measures.
