French side Desparados may be pushing towards the top of their local european side, but they have much bigger things on their minds-

the cup clash with former european champions- Newcastle Brown Ale United.

NBAU are expected to field stars such as hitman hops and brutal barley.

But underdogs DFC have the aid of loan signing Tequila, giving the team a more cultured a distinctive edge.

With betting at 5/9 for Desparados and 4/5 for NBA there seems to be a sense on the betting floor that the higher percentage could just edge this tie in the underdogs favour.

If Desperado is 5/9 and Newcastle Brown is 4/5, then it's the former that is the favourite.

And this tie's not for another two weeks anyway!

Desperado - you better come to your senses.
You've been out riding fences, for so long now.

I'll vote for ya just for the fact its the only beer named after an Eagles choon (who are one of my guilty pleasures :D)
