Hey guys...interesting stuff here, but what is 'LTV' for the uninitiated?

Loan to Value - Eg if your Property is worth £100k and your mortgage is £50k your LTV is 50%. If the mortgage was £75k then the LTV is 75%. The lower LTV the less the risk and the greater the potential for making money.
