We seem to be borrowing some money from Citizen Housing (Southend).

@Mick

There are loads of them on that link. Another one Jan 2017 for same plot of land linked with Sainsbury's though ?

Me no understand :Smile2:

So this Limited Liabilty Partnership has been set up quite recently, comprising four members of the Martin family, with the name of Elounda (it's all Greek to me!) LLP. And another company, also recently set up, with one of the same younger Martins on it's board, is providing funding against Roots Hall.

The smoke gets thicker and the mirrors ever shinier.

Citizen Housing have only just been set up , Jack Leonard Martin is a Director

Looking at the charges to Citizen, these seem similar to the Sainsbury charges, So I am guessing that we have secured a down payment from the people who intend to build on RH once we are out.
In order to stop us selling the land to someone else and not paying the money back, a charge has been put om , secured to the land.

Just looking into Citizen

Right, so Dellai seems to be the route to the main developer

Registered address for Citizen (22 Cross Keys is the same as Allied Commercial the Dellai Company)
