A minute silence at football this weekend? A couple of rugby teams have already said they are going to do it, why? Alot of people hate her and are glad she is dead all that will do is give them a chance to act like complete morons.

But since you asked, I have no problem with how much people earn, as long as it's taxed accordingly.One of the few things I approve of regarding Hollande's Presidency in France is his 75% tax rate on the super-rich.
Of course, there's absolutely no chance of Miliband introducing anything like that in the UK.

I haven't read through this or answered the poll. Why would anyone think we need a day off? There's nothing to celebrate in the death of this revolting woman, and certainly nothing to mourn. Her illness meant that she never had to answer for herself in the way that other Prime Ministers have, and she was able to watch Blair pick up the torch and run with it.

The rewriting of history in the media has been sickening to listen to over the last few days. The fact remains that the majority of the country hated her during her time in office. I certainly did. Even her own party hated her. The idea that she should have a state funeral is mind blowing.
