Winger Brooker leaves Brentford
Brentford have parted company with winger Paul Brooker after cancelling his contract by mutual consent.
The 30-year-old is vastly experienced and has played over 350 games in his professional career.

Brooker joined Brentford from Reading in June 2005 and had been a regular member of the squad in that time.

The experienced midfielder has plied his trade at clubs including Reading, Leicester, Brighton, Stevenage Borough and Fulham.

No you mis-heard, a pawn-broker was released by Brentford Police today.

I suppose, he could be responsible for bringing some silverware to the club ! ;)

Well he could be JCR's replacement I suppose. Doesn't sound as though he'd have JCR's pace though.

Watched him a few times for Reading and he was a decent enough Championship player for them a few years back....used to start regularly for them if I remember correctly. Might not be a bad shout.
