Season Ticket direct debit scheme out of action

Just to let anyone know who's thinking of going to RH to renew seaon tickets...if you want to renew your season ticket(s) and pay by direct debit via installments the club cannot do this until Monday as there is a fault (but not at the club's end, apparently) in the system.

I was told there was a different reason entirely for this DD scheme being out of action.....

I tried to renew over the phone , but was told direct debit system was not available due to problems at "other end " but should be sorted next week , but i could pay in full if i wished for my 3 tickets . Needless to say i am waiting till next week !

Ha - oh thanks till operator person yes of course let me just get my debit card out so I can sign off on £1200 in one go! If that was possible surely you would have asked for that in the first place. I am prob renewing but waiting until DD system back up too as it's the only way I can pay right now.

This was more along the lines of what I heard.
