Question Season Ticket Direct Debit Scheme

My first two payments were missed as they wrote down my bank account incorrectly. I feel somewhat to blame for the financial mess of the club.

They messed up my bank account details twice last last season, so when the bank rejected the transaction & before they phoned me one one of the occasions to check their error, they obviously cancelled my renewal & showed the seats as being free so when we arrived for the 1st game of the season they'd sold another season ticket for both of them.

In hindsight I should've made no fuss & simply missed the season!!

This happened to me last season. The direct debit never started but they did let me entend the payment period another 2 months.

I have cancelled my DD this season for a few reasons and have been told I will get a refund for the 2 months I have paid "when reasonably possible".......starting to think thats £75 I wont see for a while.
