Some of us old hands will remember when the funeral of Winston Churchill took place the kick off times were put back to 4.30pm or similar.

Things you learn on Saturday evening.

Moving KO time to 12:00 or after 18:00 should work

Yes, and I distinctly remember Southend were due to be on Match of the Day that evening (an extremely rare treat) but that show got cancelled. Blessing in disguise though, as we were demolished 4-1 at home to Mansfield!

On BBC website says no games will kick off at 3pm - it will be rescheduled

Should EFL postpone all games as respect.
In answer to the original poster's question, we now know that games will be moved, either a change to the ko time or reschedule on another day. This is going to happen and therefore all we can do now is wait for further information. Whether it is the right thing to do is not up for debate, so please don't go there.

5pm starts would make sense, or maybe 12 noon? It would help us if the matches were moved to a later day thus giving PB more time to work on "the process".
Only if it is much later as we have Col U on the following Tuesday.

My guess is they’ll be kicking off at midday or 12.30. That seems like the simplest solution and allows the squad to get back from Devon a bit earlier too. We’ll have to travel down on Friday whatever so only makes a difference with pre-match eating and hydration.

Jeez 126,000 died in Covid and one person is more important than the others !!!

175,000 died of cancer last year, and every year in the UK. Do they not count either? Probably more in the next 12 months as the NHS has been delaying every other treatment to concentrate on the dreaded virus.

He was the Queens husband FFS!
