MAF brought down on the edge of the box but no whistle.... Shrews break but Ferdinand cleverly intercepts.
 
Shrews' backs are regularly being turned by McGlashan but, guess what, his crosses are inaccurate.....
 
Good shot by Yearwood, saved by the keeper but he concedes a corner. The corner is taken by McLaughlin, the keeper fluffs his attempt to punch the ball away but his defenders do the job for him before a Southend player can pounce.
 
Walsall appear to have steadied the ship now. Rotherham haven't scored for 15 minutes, still 4-0......
 
Corner to the Shrews but easily gathered by Oxley, and that's half-time. Not a bad performance so far against a rampant Shrews side.
