How the **** is this guy still refereeing at this level? an absolute disgrace. A while ago someone posted a thread of the best ref in the league and few people added his name, I could only ever remember him being crap but I didn't comment as I was unsure today confirmed it an absolute joke.

South Upper. Got a very clear view of the sending off.

If on seeing the tape it looks like Moussa was harshly treated then I'll hold my hands up and join in the witch-hunt against the ref. It looked like he got the decision spot on to me.

Absolute disgrace tonight from the ref and the Brighton team.

Also I think a report has been sent to the ref on Forster for his behaviour.

Got most of the decisions right, from what I could see. Including the red card.

As per the other thread, we disagree on the red card, but in the first half I thought he got most decisions right (booked both REvell and their keeper which was fair enough, Clark was a two footed tackle and Harding was a clear booking). However in the second half he was shocking and lost grip by the end, which a better class of ref would not have. Up to today though I really did think he was one of the stand out refs that we have had recently, so maybe he just had a poor day at the office like we all do sometimes...

If Moussa's tackle was a red card then surely Revell and Clarke should have been sent off aswell ? along with their muppet of a goalkeeper.

He won't of won many friends in the West this evening.

Yeah, I heard a lot of people Discussing about Forster on the way out of the ground. What was he getting up to?

He spent most of the first half Discussing to the linesman, but it sounds like he got up to a bit more than that in the second.

Spot on!

I know a Brighton player (didn't play tonight) and I will be letting him know what I think of him. Not only him the whole team, thought they were a disgrace to be honest including the ref!

I thought he had an alright game.
maybe a few too many yellow cards
peter clarks two footed tackle was a yellow card. Don't really know bout moussa's red.

Sing is a ****ing **** of the highest order.

The red Ididnt get a view of but before that how many ****ing fouls did Brighton get away with. Murray/Forster dived on a few occasions, Kippers that ****** kicked Revell in the second half , Cocks tripped Grants of the ball, Barret got mullered late and ****ing Singh gives nothing.

I thought we had the better of them until the sending off. Didnt get a good view but Ghandi has got more of a dirty side than Moussa and that ****** Virgo conned the ref so many times.

You in a good mood, Dave?

:D

Singh has been a great ref in the past, letting the game flow and talking to players on the move rather than stopping the game and calling them over.

Ever since that Dagenham away pre-season visit last season when he was shocking he has been consistantly sh!t.

Tonight i doubt he'll give a monkeys while he drives home.
For us,it puts us back to the start of the season in terms of gelling together as a team, something that was coming together nicely 'till that prick decided to be the star of the show.

:madman:

Just a ****ing bit mate.

Going to take a load fo stick now and could do without it. Dont mind losing if they were decent but we were on top of them despite that ****ing ******s complete inability to make a decison. Diving is a booking, kicking someone off the ball is a booking, Fosters kick on Sawyers was almost ****ing criminal......

That was the worst refereeing display I've seen for some time from a normally excellent ref.

In my opinion it was caused by the sheer stupidity of Alex Revell. Who says footballers are stupid? Well he proved it tonight. Quite why he felt he needed to jump two footed on to Kuipers in the first 5 mins I don't know. And quite how he got away with not being sent off I don't know. From there on the game turned into a total battle and the referee was looking for an excuse to send a Southend player off, as he'd clearly realised he'd bottled it. I reckon if that incident had happened after 60 mins, off go Revell and Kuipers for the retaliation.

Moussa is an unfortunate victim of weak refereeing as Revell should've gone earlier. Moussa's challenge was not even worthy of a yellow from my view in the East. Virgo lept off the ground two footed, hurt himself in trying to hurt Moussa, yet he gets away with it as it looks like Moussa hurt him.
