Due to the issues we have been having recently, we have had to take steps to safeguard the site from crashing.

So sometimes when the server is extremely busy you will see a Server Busy page. This will allow the server to stay up during these periods by limiting activity to an acceptable level.

We should be sorting the problem out shortly so I hope you will bear with us during this period. Of course other Southend Utd Sites do not have these problems because

a) They are portals and run by major site providers and thus get the top spec hardware necessary as money is no object.

b) They do not get the amount of traffic that ShrimperZone gets.

Once again thanks for sticking by us, we do all appreciate it.
