2. Do some tact and deplomacy training with a few of the stewards.
3. Sort out to 2 oafs in South Upper.
4. Get a steam cleaner and some disinfectant into the loos (especially it seems the away North Bank.
5. Efficiency in the bars for service of Pints.
6. Get some tinned beer available for away supporters and a small area for them to spend their shillings with us.
7. Take seats out of North Bank and BV area in West (if they want it.)
8. RM re-engage with fans with news etc.

Improve the PR!

To be fair, I think the PR has improved a lot recently, the Media Management team are working really hard to promote fan engagement, though I suspect that's not where you're aiming criticism :winking:

For me one of the key things has to be stability, and that means getting contracts sorted for those expiring as soon as possible.

It also means stability in the ticket office, some of the youngsters in there put up with some terribly abusive customers - they're working with a system that fails, it's not normally them! We don't seem to be able to retain a Ticket Office Manager and that may or may not be down to issues surrounding wages, but it needs sorting. The club is aware of the failings of the system and is putting pressure on the company involved to sort it out. Let's remember that these young people are just doing a job to the best of their abilities....and problems are not always their fault.
